"It almost felt as if I put glasses on, but in my mind. My memory and ability to recollect skyrocketed and my cognitive abilities to deconstruct & solve complex engineering problems for prolonged period of times, without mental exhaustion feels incredible. Thank you Michael"

This was my first experience with meditation and I found it to be a very valuable tool for refocusing my energy during the work day. The workplace responsibilities and pressures tend to accumulate throughout the day, and having that time to take a break and relax and refocus really does help dissipate some of the building tension and anxiety. It feels rewarding to get away from the usual frenetic pace of the day and find time to slow yourself down and re-direct your energy inwards."

"I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful sessions you provided through the Wellness Centre at UHN. I found your sessions tremendously helpful. I am learning to live through what have been a horrifically stressful personal situation for me and my children. This is the first time in over a year that I have had the opportunity to have moments of peace. The techniques you shared with the group and suggested we explore and adopt as options to find clarity I believe will be very helpful. I do hope UHN will have you back so that we can benefit from your expertise and learn so much more."
